2017 Rates

Annual Plan ($3200 - 40 hours of consulting service) Annual Plan is the most in-depth research and support plan available through Play Collegiate Golf with support and direction in all facets of the college golf recruitment process. Service is one year from start of the contract.

Loyalty Plan ($1500 - 20 hours of consulting service) Available to Annual Plan clients to purchase each successive year with Play Collegiate Golf. Year long support is provided for collegiate golf program search.

Development Plan ($1200 - 12 hours of consulting service) Discussions with family about college recruiting and planning, playing and practicing assessments for success, and junior golf tournament scheduling. Clients receive a written report with consultant recommendations. Clients upgrading to Annual Plan within 30 days of service concluding will receive payment credit. Hours completed will be subtracted from Annual Plan allotment.

Initial Assessment and Consultation ($650 - 6 hours of consulting service) Full-day meeting includes a range session, up to 18 holes of golf, game assessment, junior golf overview, college placement discussion, and Q & A opportunity. Formal written summary with recommendations will be provided client within two weeks of initial assessment. Clients are responsible for consultant costs associated with plan: travel, golf fees, and incidentals. Clients upgrading to other Play Collegiate Golf plans within 30 days of service concluding will receive payment credit. Hours completed will be subtracted from selected plan allotment.

Consultation Plan ($325 - 2 hours of consulting service) Consulting services via telephone (unless within 30 miles of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina). Player/Client Survey forms the basis for discussions about college recruiting and planning.

Hourly Rate ($125 - minimum of four hours purchased) Individualized plan determined through discussions between consultant and client.

2017 Plan Requirements

* All plans must be paid for in full prior to consulting services provided.
* Clients are responsible for additional costs of travel outside 50 miles of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
* Additional costs may include airfare, rental car, food, lodging, mileage, gas, and/or incidentals.
* Mileage is calculated on current IRS tax codes ($0.50 cents/mile).
* Food per diem rate is $70 and is based on a per meal structure (Breakfast - $15; Lunch - $20; Dinner - $35).
* Clients must pre-approve all additional costs.
* Clients are asked to send reimbursement for additional costs within 15 days of receiving invoice.
